Delete your ETZAM account

You can request deletion of your ETZAM account and the data associated with it. If you can access the ETZAM Marketplace app, use the in-app account-deletion option. If you cannot access the app, you can start a deletion request here.

Delete from the ETZAM app

If you can sign in to the Marketplace app, this is the preferred way to request deletion.

    Sign in to the ETZAM Marketplace app.

    Open Account.

  3. 03

    Open Settings (under Settings and preferences).

    In the Account section, choose Request account deletion.

  5. 05

    Review the confirmation and choose Confirm.

The app records a deletion request. It does not delete your account or data immediately.

Can’t access the app?

You can still start an account-deletion request from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit the request.

Submit the form below to initiate an account-deletion request. ETZAM may need to verify that you control the account before irreversible deletion is completed.

Do not submit passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Account email and optional details are used to process this deletion request. See the Privacy Notice.

    ETZAM receives your deletion request.

    You may be contacted if verification or additional information is required.

    The account is deleted when the request has been appropriately verified and processed.

What account deletion means

Account deletion removes your ETZAM account; it is not temporary deactivation. Once a deletion request has been verified and processed, ETZAM handles deletion of the account and associated account data.

Some information may need to be retained where legitimately necessary, and retained information should be limited to what is necessary. The Privacy Notice explains ETZAM’s current data-handling and retention practices.

Cancel a pending deletion request

If you started deletion in the app and the request status is still Pending, open Settings, choose Cancel deletion request, and confirm. Cancellation stops only that pending request and does not delete account data by itself.
