Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how ETZAM handles personal information in connection with the ETZAM platform and the public website at etzam.com.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Privacy at ETZAM
ETZAM is a global managed services marketplace. It can support digital and field services through a managed workflow. We use personal information to operate accounts, support that workflow, respond to Support enquiries, and keep the platform secure and reliable.
This Notice describes current ETZAM practices in plain language.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use ETZAM, we may process information such as:
- Account and authentication details, including email address and account state
- Profile details such as name, country code, language, timezone, and preferences
- Provider applications and service categories
- Service requests, invitations, proposals, projects, scope, milestones, deliveries, revisions, reviews, messages, reports, moderation records, notifications, and account-deletion requests
- Minimized audit and security metadata needed for role-safe operations
- Website Support contact details: Name, Email, Topic, and Message
- Website account-deletion request details: Account email and optional additional details submitted on the Account Deletion page
- IP address and limited request metadata associated with website Support and Account Deletion form submissions, used for Turnstile verification and to help protect those endpoints
ETZAM does not currently collect payment-card or bank-account information through the platform.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and operate accounts, including sign-in, verification, and recovery flows
- Run the managed marketplace workflow for customers and providers
- Communicate about requests, projects, and operational updates inside ETZAM
- Receive and respond to Support enquiries submitted on the public website
- Receive and process account-deletion requests submitted in the ETZAM app or on the public Account Deletion page
- Protect security, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable service
Website Support contact
The Support page on this website includes a contact form. When you submit that form, ETZAM collects Name, Email, Topic, and Message.
We use that information to receive and respond to your Support enquiry and to manage communication related to the submitted request.
Operationally, the submission is sent from your browser to the ETZAM public website, processed by a Cloudflare Worker, checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, delivered by Resend email, and received in the ETZAM support inbox.
ETZAM does not currently maintain a dedicated database for website contact-form submissions. Submissions are delivered to the ETZAM support inbox for handling.
Website account-deletion request
The public Account Deletion page includes a form for people who cannot use the in-app deletion path. When you submit that form, ETZAM collects the account email and any optional additional details you provide.
We use that information to receive an account-deletion request and to follow up for identity verification or other information needed before irreversible deletion can be completed.
Submitting the website form initiates a deletion request. It does not by itself complete account deletion, and it does not prove account ownership.
Operationally, the submission is sent from your browser to the ETZAM public website, processed by a Cloudflare Worker, checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, delivered by Resend email, and received in the ETZAM support inbox for handling.
ETZAM does not currently maintain a dedicated database for website account-deletion form submissions. Authenticated in-app deletion requests continue to use ETZAM’s existing account-deletion workflow.
Service providers
ETZAM uses service providers to operate the public website and deliver Support and account-deletion request messages:
- Cloudflare — website infrastructure, Worker processing for the contact and account-deletion endpoints, and Turnstile verification
- Resend — email delivery of Support contact messages and website account-deletion requests to the ETZAM support inbox
ETZAM uses these services to host the website, verify form submissions, and deliver operational email.
Data storage and retention
Account, project, and related product information is retained as needed to operate ETZAM, support the managed workflow, and address security or operational records.
Website Support contact submissions and website account-deletion requests are delivered to the ETZAM support inbox. ETZAM does not currently maintain a dedicated website-form database for those submissions. Message content may still appear in email systems and related operational tools used to handle the requests.
ETZAM does not publish a fixed retention schedule in this Notice. Retention depends on operational need and how the relevant systems are used over time.
Global processing
ETZAM is offered as a global platform. Personal information may be processed in more than one country through ETZAM systems and the service providers described above.
Wherever information is processed, ETZAM expects it to be handled with appropriate care for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Your choices and requests
You can update many account and profile details from within the ETZAM app when you are signed in.
You can request account deletion from the authenticated ETZAM Marketplace app, or start a deletion request on the public Account Deletion page if you cannot access the app.
You may also contact ETZAM through the Support page on this website about your personal information, including requests to correct or update information where applicable, and other reasonable privacy-related requests that ETZAM can handle with its current systems.
Contact ETZAM
For privacy questions, personal information requests, or Support enquiries related to privacy, use the Contact ETZAM form on the Support page. For account deletion specifically, use the Account Deletion page or the in-app deletion path.
