Privacy at ETZAM

ETZAM is a global managed services marketplace. In the current release, ETZAM provides managed workflows for digital services through the ETZAM platform, the ETZAM Marketplace Android app (com.etzam.app), and this public website. Field services are not available in the current version and may be introduced later under updated terms.

We use personal information to operate accounts, run the marketplace workflow, enable communication, deliver notifications where enabled, respond to Support enquiries, process account-deletion requests, support narrowly scoped product analytics, and keep the platform secure and reliable.

This Policy describes current ETZAM practices in plain language.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use ETZAM, we may process information such as:

Account and authentication details, including email address, sign-in method, verification state, and session-related identifiers
Google Sign-In identifiers when you choose to sign in with Google
Profile information and preferences, such as display name, username, country, language, timezone, and in-app settings
Profile avatar and cover images you upload
Provider application information, service categories, and related review records
Service requests, invitations, proposals, projects, scope, milestones, deliveries, revisions, and reviews
Project messages, direct messages, and support conversation messages sent through ETZAM
Attachments such as images, PDFs, files, and voice messages where those attachment types are supported in the product
In-app notifications and your notification preference settings
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token and app installation identifier when push notifications are enabled through Firebase on Android
Limited product analytics events about how features are used
Approximate network and session metadata processed by ETZAM backend and edge infrastructure, such as IP address and request timing
Account-deletion requests, recovery-window status, and related processing records for in-app deletion; privacy-related requests where available
Website Support form submissions: name, email, topic, and message
Website Account Deletion form submissions: account email and optional additional details you provide

In the current LIVE Android V1 release, the ETZAM app does not collect precise GPS location, device contacts, or the advertising identifier.

ETZAM does not collect payment-card or bank-account information through the LIVE Android V1 app or the current customer and provider marketplace experience described on this website.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

Create, authenticate, and operate your ETZAM account
Run the managed marketplace workflow for digital services, including requests, matching, projects, and related records
Enable communication between customers, providers, and ETZAM support through in-product messaging
Deliver push notifications when you have enabled them and Firebase push is active for your device
Protect ETZAM, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain platform security and reliability
Measure and improve product performance and operations through limited analytics events
Receive, respond to, and manage Support enquiries submitted on the public website or through the app
Receive, verify, process, and finalize account-deletion requests submitted in the ETZAM app or on the public Account Deletion page

Android app

The ETZAM Marketplace Android app (package com.etzam.app) connects to ETZAM backend services for account sign-in, marketplace features, messaging, notifications, and account management.

If you sign in with Google on Android, Google provides authentication tokens and related identifiers needed to complete sign-in through Supabase Auth. ETZAM uses that information only to authenticate your account and operate sign-in, not for advertising.

If Firebase is configured for your build and you allow notifications, ETZAM may register an FCM push token and a stable app installation identifier so ETZAM can deliver push notifications and manage device registration. You can control notification permissions and in-app notification preferences where the product provides those settings.

The LIVE Android V1 app does not request access to precise location, contacts, or the advertising identifier. ETZAM does not use the app to collect payment-card or bank-account details in the current release.

Website Support contact

The Support page on this website includes a contact form. When you submit that form, ETZAM collects Name, Email, Topic, and Message.

We use that information to receive and respond to your Support enquiry and to manage communication related to the submitted request.

Operationally, the submission is sent from your browser to the ETZAM public website, processed by a Cloudflare Worker, checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, delivered by Resend email, and received in the ETZAM support inbox.

ETZAM does not currently maintain a dedicated database for website contact-form submissions. Submissions are delivered to the ETZAM support inbox for handling.

Website account-deletion request

The public Account Deletion page includes a form for people who cannot use the in-app deletion path. When you submit that form, ETZAM collects the account email and any optional additional details you provide.

We use that information to receive an account-deletion request and to follow up for identity verification or other information needed before irreversible deletion can be completed.

Submitting the website form initiates a deletion request. It does not by itself complete account deletion, and it does not prove account ownership.

ETZAM does not currently maintain a dedicated database for website account-deletion form submissions. Authenticated in-app deletion requests continue to use ETZAM’s existing account-deletion workflow.

Service providers

ETZAM uses service providers to operate the platform, public website, authentication, messaging, storage, notifications, and operational email. They process personal information on ETZAM’s instructions and for ETZAM’s operational purposes, not for their own independent advertising or data-broker use:

Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, and backend services that power the ETZAM platform
Google — Google Sign-In when you use that sign-in option
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push notification delivery when Firebase push is enabled for your device
Cloudflare — public website hosting, Worker processing for website forms, perimeter protection, and Turnstile verification where used
Resend — email delivery for website Support contact submissions and website account-deletion requests to the ETZAM support inbox

ETZAM does not sell personal information to data brokers and does not use these providers for third-party advertising profiles in the current release.

Deferred, sandbox-only, or non-production integrations are not treated as live processors in this Policy. Live in-app payment collection through providers such as Whop is not available in the current LIVE Android V1 release.

Account deletion and retention

You may request deletion of your ETZAM account from the authenticated ETZAM Marketplace app, or start a request on the public Account Deletion page if you cannot access the app.

When you submit an in-app deletion request, ETZAM schedules the account for deletion after a recovery window (currently 30 days from the request). During that pending period you may cancel the request and restore access if the product provides that option. After the recovery window, ETZAM processes deletion and removes or anonymizes personal content associated with your account, including profile information, messages, attachments, media, notifications, push registration data, and limited analytics tied to your account, subject to technical and operational constraints.

Some information may be retained in narrowed form where ETZAM has a legitimate need to do so, including: terminal commercial or project records needed for counterparties or workflow integrity; security, fraud-prevention, and audit events (with actor identity decoupled where reasonably possible); username reservation history; and closed support or safety records after message-body redaction where applicable. ETZAM retains such material for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, abuse investigation, and platform integrity—not for unrelated marketing.

Website Support and website account-deletion submissions are delivered to the ETZAM support inbox. ETZAM does not currently maintain a dedicated website-form database for those submissions. Message content may still appear in email systems and related operational tools used to handle the requests.

ETZAM does not publish a fixed retention schedule in this Policy. Retention depends on operational need, legal obligations where applicable, and how the relevant systems are used over time.

Security practices

ETZAM uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit between clients and ETZAM services where the connection supports it, authenticated access to accounts, and server-side authorization with row-level security policies that limit access by role and ownership.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. ETZAM cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials reasonably secure and for using devices and networks you trust when accessing ETZAM.

Global processing

ETZAM operates as a global platform. Personal information may be processed in more than one country through ETZAM systems and the service providers described above.

Wherever information is processed, ETZAM expects it to be handled with appropriate care for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Your choices and requests

You can update many account and profile details from within the ETZAM app when you are signed in, and adjust notification preferences where the product provides those settings.

You can request account deletion from the authenticated ETZAM Marketplace app, or start a deletion request on the public Account Deletion page if you cannot access the app. If your account is in the in-app pending deletion recovery window, you may cancel the request through the recovery flow when available.

You may contact ETZAM through the Support page on this website about your personal information, including requests to correct or update information where applicable, and other reasonable privacy-related requests that ETZAM can handle with its current systems.

You can manage push notification preferences in the ETZAM app and through your Android device settings when push is enabled.
