These Provider Terms govern a service provider’s participation in ETZAM’s managed services marketplace for digital and field services.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
When these Terms apply
These Terms apply when you apply to participate as a provider, use a provider account or profile, respond to invitations or opportunities, or participate in projects through ETZAM.
Role of the provider
Approved providers perform the underlying project or service work they accept through ETZAM and are responsible for carrying out that work within the agreed scope.
ETZAM manages and co-ordinates review, matching, and the structured marketplace workflow. ETZAM is not an open provider directory.
Provider participation
Providers may apply to participate in ETZAM. Application does not guarantee approval.
Approval does not guarantee invitations, projects, revenue, or work volume.
Accuracy and capability
Providers should keep profile, capability, category, and service information accurate.
Providers should accept only work they can reasonably perform.
Managed marketplace
ETZAM is a managed services marketplace for digital and field services. It is not an open provider directory.
ETZAM manages and co-ordinates the review and matching workflow. Provider contact details are not intended to function as an unrestricted public directory.
Invitations and proposals
Approved providers may receive managed opportunities or invitations. Providers should review each request before responding.
Proposals should be accurate and realistic.
Project performance
Providers participating in projects should:
- Follow the agreed scope
- Communicate accurately through supported ETZAM channels
- Update milestones or status where the product supports those updates
- Deliver work as agreed
- Respond to legitimate revision or review activity
- Avoid misleading progress claims
Information handling
Providers should protect customer and project information received through ETZAM, use it only as needed for legitimate participation in the relevant work, and avoid unnecessary disclosure or misuse.
Conduct
Providers must not engage in fraud, impersonation, abusive communication, manipulation of ratings or reviews, platform or security abuse, or misuse of customer information.
No guaranteed earnings
ETZAM does not guarantee work or income. Invitations and project availability may vary.
Suspension and provider status
ETZAM may restrict, suspend, or remove provider participation where reasonably necessary because of inaccurate information, misuse, serious quality or safety concerns, platform security issues, or risks to the managed workflow.
Changes
ETZAM may update these Provider Terms as the service evolves. The version published on this website applies to ongoing provider participation while it remains current.
